My Ideal Client

I work with adults, couples, and teens (14+) navigating life transitions, OCD, anxiety, grief & loss, chronic pain, relationship struggles, trauma (including complex and community-level trauma), and issues related to faith, identity, and self-worth. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to culturally responsive care. My approach is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based, integrating somatic therapy, parts work, Restoration Therapy, and nature-based practices.

How I Can Help You

I know that transformation can be messy, uncertain, and even frightening—but also deeply meaningful, energizing, and liberating. I will be your collaborator and guide as you as you explore your own path toward greater vitality, connection, and peace. I will support you as you navigate life’s challenges by fostering belonging, self-compassion, curiosity, and embodied resilience and help you cultivate your innate resilience and inner wisdom.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Coaching External link

I am a certified coach with experience working with clients ranging from students to executives. My coaching work is strengths-based and action-oriented, focused on behavior change that aligns with values, motivation, inner wisdom, and actualization.

  • EcoTherapy External link

I fuse the foundations of therapy with the experience of being in a relationship with the natural world. Experiences in and with nature offer opportunities for perspective, confidence, resilience, and compassion.

  • Mindfulness-based External link

I am a mindfulness-based counselor using modalities that help clients become more aware of thoughts and behaviors through mindful attunement, breath work, somatic practices, and meditation techniques.

  • Transpersonal External link

As a student of trans-personal counseling, my work is grounded in the understanding that the human psyche is not limited to one state of consciousness. In our therapeutic work, there is space for making meaning of our thoughts, behaviors, and experiences through that which transcends the individual, such as spirituality, dreams, mysticism, and more.
