Our Ideal Client

Our providers have experience working with people who experience a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, & concerns related to individuals in the LGBTQA2s+ & BIPOC communities. Our goal is to provide evidence-based therapy services in a safe, collaborative environment. We aim to help you explore your sense of self, values, & goals and to help you identify & address barriers achieving your goals & promoting quality of life.

My Approach to Helping

We believe that, while you cannot always control the world around you, you have a choice in how you respond to that world. Our providers have been trained in different therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and humanistic approaches. Couples therapy is based on the Gottman Method.
