My Approach to Helping

I follow a client centered, strengths-based approach and offer a safe space for exploration. I use a blend of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Somatic interventions and family systems interventions. I am a queer and neuro divergence-affirming provider and can offer guidance in LGBTQIA specific issues, grief and loss, anxiety and depression. I am strong advocate for human rights and committed to celebrating our wins.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Change can feel uncertain, and working toward your goals isn’t always straightforward. Most of us carry experiences that shape how we show up, and sometimes it helps to have someone alongside us as we sort through them. If you’re here, considering support, that matters—and it’s a meaningful place to begin. I’m someone who needs movement in my life—it’s a big part of how I take care of both my body and my mind. On my days off, you’ll usually find me hiking or climbing. I think about this work in a similar way. It’s not always comfortable or straightforward. There are stretches that feel steep, frustrating, or even overwhelming, and it’s normal to want to stop. It's even normal to fall. But when you stay with it, something shifts. You start to notice your own strength, your resilience, and the ways you’ve grown. That sense of “I made it through something hard” doesn’t come easily, and that’s part of what makes it meaningful. You don’t have to do it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you.
