My Ideal Client

Compassionate Support for Life's Challenges - Life can feel overwhelming when you are experiencing anxiety, changes in mood, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, or facing a major transition. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. Please be patient with yourself. I provide compassionate, supportive therapy for adolescents age 14 and older and adults through all stages of life working with individuals, families, and couples.
