Specialties
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a body-oriented therapeutic approach designed to treat trauma, attachment issues, and other mental health difficulties. It combines traditional talk therapy with body-centered techniques to help individuals process trauma and emotional difficulties through awareness of physical sensations and body responses. I find it truly invaluable to individuals who struggle to understand their complex experience.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a therapeutic approach that blends mindfulness with cognitive-behavioral principles. Instead of struggling with your thoughts or categorizing them as "good" or "bad," ACT focuses on helping you detach meaning from your thoughts, making you less reactive to them. You'll learn to live in line with your values and enhance psychological flexibility—the ability to face challenging situations and emotions without resisting or avoiding them.
