My Ideal Client

I work best with people navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life transitions who feel stuck in patterns shaped by attachment wounds or generational trauma. You may struggle with relationships, boundaries, sexuality, or questions around identity. You are likely curious about somatic, relational, and spiritually grounded therapy, and open to slowing down, listening to the body, and cultivating deeper self-understanding and connection.

My Approach to Helping

Therapy with me is deeply relational and grounded in safety, presence, and trust. I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest—with me and with yourself—and I move at a pace that honors your nervous system rather than pushing for quick fixes. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and steadiness, supporting work that unfolds organically. I often work from a parts-based lens, especially Internal Family Systems and Gestalt therapy, gently turning toward the parts of you that protect, hold pain, or long for connection. Our work is both reflective and embodied. We explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also listening closely to the body through sensation, breath, and subtle shifts. Drawing from somatic and mindfulness-based practices, I support you in reconnecting with your body as a source of regulation, information, and wisdom.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I became a therapist through my own long search for healing. For many years, I lived with chronic pain and tried countless ways to fix or escape it. Over time, I began to understand that my pain was not rooted in the physical, but deeply connected to my relational wounds and the parts of myself that had learned to carry too much alone. As I slowly turned toward these parts in my own therapy—with curiosity, compassion, and support—I experienced how healing happens in connection. I believe we heal not by bypassing the dark, but by entering it gently, with courage, and allowing what has been hidden or exiled to be seen, understood, and held.
