My Ideal Client

We work with folks from all walks of life, including queer and neurodivergent people, and anyone looking for a space where they don’t have to justify who they are. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship stuff, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite figure out. Or maybe things just aren’t going the way you’d like, and you’re not really sure why or what to do about it.

My Approach to Helping

Our approach is about getting curious about what’s going on, where some of those patterns and reactions came from, and what might actually help. Sometimes that means looking at old experiences, relationships, or the stories you’ve come to believe about yourself. Other times it’s about learning new skills, finding different ways to respond, or figuring out what you want your life to look like moving forward. We draw from a variety of approaches, including parts work, mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula, and we’re not interested in trying to fit you into one.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

We take seriously how systemic forces show up in our lives. Nobody’s struggling in a vacuum. We’re all navigating a world shaped by racism, transphobia, queerphobia, ableism, classism, and other forms of oppression, and pretending those things don’t affect our mental health doesn’t do anyone much good. We believe therapy should make room for all of that, including the ways our families, communities, relationships, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. We’re queer- and trans-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, sex-positive, and supportive of people navigating all kinds of relationships and identities.
