I offer a grounded, curious, and compassionate space to meet whatever is alive in you.

My Approach to Helping

For over fifteen years, I’ve supported adults through deep healing in a variety of settings. My background includes a Master’s in Counseling from Pacifica, three years of Core Energetics training, and studies in both traditional and Attachment-Focused EMDR. I’d be honored to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit. My style as a therapist is active, experiential, and body centered. Sessions may include physical movements, sounds, and other forms of expression that help you connect more deeply to your experience. I see the body as the most direct pathway to accessing limiting beliefs, attitudes, and feelings that are outside of awareness.
