My Approach to Helping

My work is primarily psychodynamic, drawing from ACT, IFS, DBT, and somatic experiencing. With a background in music, I tend to listen for the tone, dissonance, and return. Whether we are tracing quieter histories or meeting the intensity of present pressures, I offer a space where your journey is held with deep respect and fully seen.
