My Ideal Client

Together, we can untangle: Relationship / Performance Anxiety; Struggle with Substance Abuse; Sense of Isolation; Moments when expectations crumble and dreams seem distant; Rekindling the fires of lost motivation; and Healing, with both tenderness and strength, from past traumas.

My Approach to Helping

I offer a space for adults who want to stay with these experiences and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Imagine stepping into a spac where you don’t have to perform, explain too quickly, or get it “right.” A place where your thoughts can unfold at their own pace, and where even what doesn’t quite make sense is welcome. My work is primarily psychodynamic, drawing from ACT, IFS, and DBT when helpful. However, the heart of therapy is the experience we build together. Our first session is a starting point, not a test. We’ll explore what brings you in and, importantly, how it feels to sit with me. You don’t have to be "ready" or clear to begin this journey. Your questions, hesitations, and even your doubts are all a valuable part of the process.

My Values as a Therapist

My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in the conviction that therapy is for everyone. Over the past five years, I have had the honor of walking alongside political refugees, individuals navigating chemical dependence, survivors of domestic violence, and the LGBTQIA2S+ community. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding that therapy is never a neutral act—it is a culturally responsive one. I believe that your "inner world" is inseparable from the world outside. My practice is built on the foundation that every individual deserves a space where they are not just "treated," but truly seen and heard in the fullness. Whether we are exploring the quietest parts of your history or the loudest pressures of your environment, I am here to hold that space with you. To my BIPOC community, non-native English speakers, individuals of all beautiful shapes and sizes, and those with disabilities: I see you, and I am here for you.
