8-Week Mindfulness Group
Anxiety, Depression, PTSD
Who: Adults who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or trauma. When: Tuesdays, from October 28th to December 16th, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Where: This is a completely virtual group conducted via Google Meet. Cost: Sessions are covered by OHP (Trillium, CareOregon/Health Share). For those out of network, the cost is $81 per session, with some sliding scale spots available.

Join The GroupSexual Trauma Recovery Group
PTSD, Sexual Abuse, Women's Issues
This group encourages healing through shared experiences. Group members will connect with others to understand and heal from the aftermath of sexual trauma. This is a 12 week group that allows survivors to explore the aftermath of sexual trauma while learning new skills and ways of making sense of the experience(s) that support long term recovery. Group will begin on October 20th, 2025.
