My Background and Approach

With over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree from a world-renowned Institute in San Francisco that blends Western and Eastern perspectives (CIIS), I incorporate traditional and alternative views and methods to facilitate your personal exploration and discovery of new tools and strengths. My clinical orientation is psychodynamic, existential-humanistic and trauma-informed, while also incorporating good old-fashioned humor and creativity. We're all sparkling gems in our own ways. I will help you sand down your rough edges by patiently attending to your pain, add to your shine through loving celebration of your unique gifts, and grow in appreciation and acceptance of your dark "flaws." I also use art therapy, psychosynthesis and Gestalt perspectives and tools.
