My Ideal Client

In individual work, I specialize in women's health with an emphasis on addressing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, burnout and complex trauma. I also support women around reproductive themes, such as fertility challenges, postpartum, childfree individuals/couples, health challenges and hormonal transitions. In couples work, I enjoy helping to strengthen communication, working through intimacy challenges, navigating open relationships, and working through infidelity.

My Approach to Helping

Therapy with me typically feels like a relaxed conversation bringing in awareness of the body's messages. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable and safe, while also fostering insight, challenge, and healing. We will draw on what's coming up in your life to facilitate insight, healing, growth, and greater self-awareness. Our work together will focus on your specific needs. There are many different circumstances that bring each of us to therapy. Some of the things we may explore are the underlying factors contributing to your present experience, navigating your own unique path through life, learning from relationships, connecting to intuition, and listening to your body's messages.
