My Ideal Client

I support people navigating big life transitions—trying to conceive, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, and early parenting. These seasons can feel messy, overwhelming, and lonely. Therapy offers a space to arrive as you are, honor your emotions, and find support. I also work with college and grad students balancing stress, growth, and intense demands.

My Background and Approach

I’m a therapist who blends science and heart, using interpersonal neurobiology, relational therapies, somatic work, mindful CBT, ACT, and solution-focused approaches to help you navigate life’s transitions, heal from trauma, and build resilience. My work is guided by anti-oppressive and anti-colonial practices, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to creating a safe, welcoming space. I focus on the whole person—mind, body, and relationships—so you can feel seen, supported, and empowered on your journey.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I come to this work after over 7 years experience working within the medical system. I have specialized training and experience working with perinatal mental health, meaning your well-being during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as miscarriage, infant loss and reproductive health. I am also a prenatal yoga teacher and childbirth educator. I am licensed by the State of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a designation given to social workers in clinical practice who have had over 3500 hours of work, have spent 2000 hours providing clinical services, and have demonstrated knowledge of clinical practices on a certifying exam. I am committed to on going growth as a therapist, and love learning about interpersonal neurobiology and experiential and relational based thearpies.
