Reach out for a consultation to see if I could be a good fit for you.

How I Can Help You

I am a relational therapist at heart, which means I strive to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship with you so that healing and growth can occur. Therapy to me is a collaborative experience, and we will work together to find what motivates and energizes you. During therapy, you will be able to process through your struggles and learn practical skills and new ways of being that will help you feel more balanced in life. I will also help you challenge any negative self-talk you might have going on in your mind, that voice inside your head telling you that you're not good enough. I will help you find the voice inside you that tells you that you are enough, just the way you are, and together, we will make that voice louder. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are. I will work side-by-side with you through this challenging time.

My Approach to Helping

I have over a decade of experience working with people who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and self-esteem, just to name a few. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I do my best to be aware and sensitive to your life experience and will adapt my therapeutic approach to best fit your needs. I always strive to provide a safe space where you can be yourself without judgement. As your therapist, I promise to be open-minded and genuine with you. I am committed to being present with you every step of the way.
