My Ideal Client

Do you struggle with concentration, overthinking, or replaying interactions with others afterward? Do things that used to interest you feel flat? Do you feel like you're always trying to catch up with life, yet still falling behind? Would you like to understand yourself with more ease — to feel in line with who you are, instead of fighting against yourself every day?

My Approach to Helping

I specialize in neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore your relationship with yourself and build ways to listen to your mind and body more attentively — easing daily suffering and exhaustion. I create a safe and open space to explore the complexities of you, to help you tease apart your past and present to release what no longer serves you. I will help you step into presence and authenticity in your life, to find security and peace in your body. If this resonates with you, please reach out for a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. I work with adults of all ages. On a case-by-case basis, I work with teens ages 16+ , and offer parent coaching.

My Values as a Therapist

I value social justice, radical love for all, self compassion, self attunement, somatic work, trauma work, evidence based modalities, intuition, expansiveness, connection with nature, slowing down, being strong and vulnerable and brave and scared all at the same time. I value all parts of everyone- all of our anxieties and fears and sadnesses, I value our inner children, our hopes and dreams, I value the little you that said "when I grow up I want to be a ___!"

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

I utilize parts work/Internal Family Systems to explore anxiety and depression as parts of you that aim to protect you from feeling deeper feelings. This is a holistic and gentle approach that is evidence based and works well with a combination of thought based approaches and trauma work, if needed.

  • ADHD External link

I explore neurodivergence in general and ways it may impact your experience, if it applies. Together, we will examine what aspects may resonate and ways it may impact your life experience, to better understand you.

  • Personal Growth External link

Together, we will explore what you carry with you that serves you, and what may no longer serve you. I will help guide you to step into who you want to become.
