I create an inclusive, affirming space that is LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC-friendly. I'm passionate about helping people heal from trauma and difficult life experiences. Challenges like anxiety, depression, difficulty coping with big life transitions, and relationship struggles often stem from unresolved trauma and I'm experienced in supporting those as well. I also have a special interest in working with people facing fertility issues, as well as prenatal and postpartum mental health concerns.
Specialties
I have over 13 years of experience supporting folks who are struggling with anxiety and feelings of panic. Thees symptoms can be overwhelming and isolating, but you don't have to face them alone. I believe that anxiety is shaped by our environments that haven't felt safe, supportive or validating. I offer tools to manage anxiety to help manage symptoms and draw from evidence based therapies like EMDR, CBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness to support you in your healing.
I have over 13 years of experience supporting people affected by depression. Relationships are our biggest sources of joy, and also pain and frustration. Whether you're struggling with partner(s), family, or friends, these challenges often stir up emotions tied to past hurts or something from our own upbringing. I offer a safe place to explore the roots of these emotions and memories to understand what they're bringing up for you, and process how these may be influencing your current relationships.
Postpartum is a challenging time, that often triggers our own attachment, parenting issues, and can lead to big questions in our identity and relationships.
