My Ideal Client

I help teens, women, men, and couples heal from trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I offer a safe space to rediscover your confidence, joy, and purpose. At Hope Heal Happiness Counseling, we’ll work together to help you move from surviving to thriving. Let’s begin your journey toward healing and happiness—you're not alone.

My Approach to Helping

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you heal, grow, and thrive. I use DBT and CBT to help you build emotional regulation, challenge negative thought patterns, and create healthier coping strategies. ACT empowers you to align with your values and find meaning, even in the face of adversity. EFT supports couples in improving emotional connection and communication. With psychodynamic and Jungian therapy, we explore unconscious patterns and unresolved past wounds to promote deep healing. I also use somatic techniques to address how trauma manifests in the body, helping you reconnect to your physical self. As a trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize safety and understanding, ensuring you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. Finally, IFS (Internal Family Systems) helps you navigate the different parts of yourself, fostering self-compassion and integration. No matter where you are on your journey I am here.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I deeply believe in the power of each individual to heal and grow, regardless of their background or struggles. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for all identities, where acceptance and understanding are foundational. I stand in solidarity with Black Lives Matter and advocate for racial justice, recognizing the profound impact that systemic inequality and trauma can have on mental health. I also proudly support minority communities, honoring the diversity of experiences that shape us. My approach to therapy is rooted in suicide prevention and self-harm intervention, recognizing the vital importance of safety and compassionate care. I prioritize creating a judgment-free space where people can open up about their pain and find pathways to hope and healing. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about reading, music, and spending time with my family and pets. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and am dedicated to helping others.
