My Ideal Client

I welcome individual clients ages 12 and up, as well as couples, families, and other relational constellations. As a queer, neurodivergent person, I am especially committed to supporting LGTBQIA+ folks and their extended communities, and honoring access needs and sensory preferences in the therapy space. My relational experience includes working with polyamorous and mixed-neurotype relationships, co-parents adjusting to separation, and those seeking support before marriage or moving in together.

My Background and Approach

As relational creatures in a complex world, both our challenges and triumphs are rooted in interconnected systems. In our work together, I offer a space to slow down, tune in to your innate wisdom, and re-imagine your life’s story. In couples and family systems, even small shifts in how we attune to each other’s inner worlds can open the way to greater connection and understanding. I also specialize in grief support, with attention to forms of grief that may be unrecognized by the broader culture. I am drawn to supporting people through life’s thresholds, including grief and loss, career changes, the journey from peri to post menopause, and the shifting identities and family dynamics of adolescence and young adulthood. My approach is collaborative and systems-oriented, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential, and liberation-focused approaches, and grounded in somatic, creative, and polyvagal practices.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

One of my core beliefs is that there is no such thing as a personal problem. Meaning that all of our pain and joy, our struggles and triumphs, exist within an intricate ecosystem. And so I hold the belief that the greatest potential for growth and healing exists in the space of turning towards this relationality, whether with your internal system, with other people or animals, or the environment that surrounds you.
