Our Ideal Client

Group therapy can instill a renewed sense of hope, remind us that we are not alone in our struggles, and give us a safe place for empathy, vulnerability, and learning. Our clinicians facilitate a structured group environment where you can learn and practice new skills for positive change in your everyday life. Your treatment is driven by you, the client, while heavily supported and guided by our clinical and administrative team. You are not alone, and you are worth investing in yourself!

Our Approach to Helping

We are not all in the same boat, but we are all in the same stormy ocean. Here, we recognize a need for versatility in treatment. We offer Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP, aka, Day Treatment) levels of care. We have in-person and virtual options, as well as morning, afternoon, or evening groups. Programs are typically 6-8 weeks long. While enrolled, you will have access to the program's psychiatric provider for medication management. Group program options vary and currently include mental health focus co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, health and wellness, DBT skills based, and women's group treatments. Our group therapists utilize skills in crisis intervention, safety planning, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and more. We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, addictions, and more.

Our Personal Beliefs and Interests

All of our therapists have at least one thing in common: We are all human. We appreciate authenticity and accept you as you are right now. We believe in compassion, kindness, and strengths. We also believe that life is really hard sometimes, and we can support you through it! Our group program therapists have a wide range of professional backgrounds and experiences ranging from work in youth programs, shelters, crisis hotlines, psychiatric hospitals, domestic violence, addiction and recovery, medical social work, child welfare, individual therapy, schools, donation centers, the Peace Corps, and more. We also have a lot of fun and different interests. We're all a bit different, and we love it that way.
