My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a mindful, person-centered presence. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard, and when we have the tools to navigate deeper questions of meaning and purpose. I have almost 20 years of experience working in various clinical settings from hospitals, outpatient, to private practice.
