My Ideal Client

If you’re feeling ready to make meaningful changes and willing to do the deeper work that lasting growth can take, you’ve come to the right place. My approach is warm and grounded, with a focus on self-awareness, insight, and real, supportive challenges when needed. Clients who connect with my work often find value in blending traditional therapy with practices like yoga, meditation, reiki, and dream exploration. I offer a space that’s LGBTQ+ affirming, kink aware, and culturally sensitive.

My Approach to Helping

I take a non-traditional approach, and that’s intentional. I’m here to help you break patterns, face what’s been getting in your way, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you really are. Whether it’s relationship challenges, anxiety, or just feeling stuck or disconnected, I’m focused on helping you create real, lasting change—not just talk about it. I blend practical tools with deeper, intuitive work—like dream analysis, tarot, and symbolic exploration. I also draw from mind-body-spirit practices rooted in my background as a Yoga Teacher, Herbalist, and Reiki Master. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create deeper connection. You don’t have to fit a mold to show up here. Wherever you’re at, I’ll meet you there—with honesty, intention, and maybe a little magic.

Social Justice Issues I Care About

I approach therapy with a deep awareness of the systems we’re all living under. As an anarchist, I believe in helping people understand and navigate the realities of class struggle and how systemic oppression impacts our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Based in Philly, I run a community group that provides preventative care using accessible botanical medicine to those who can’t afford traditional healthcare. I’m actively involved in local mutual aid networks, committed to collective care, autonomy, and building alternatives to oppressive systems. Other parts of my identity include being neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ community, and mixed-race--all lived experiences bring into my work. These identities shape how I navigate the world and the ways I connect with others, especially when it comes to recognizing and honoring the unique challenges we all face.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Mindfulness-based External link

Mindfulness can help you slow down and make conscious choices that are in line with your life path; living in a way that is less reactive to the world around you.

  • Holistic External link

Exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness and use of mindfulness practices can be an effective way step outside of the ego and gain a wider perspective on one's problems. Holistic therapy takes into account the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the healing process. It integrates various therapeutic approaches and techniques to address not just the symptoms, but also the root causes of issues.

  • Narrative  External link

Narrative therapy is like crafting a story about your life where you're the author. Instead of focusing on problems as something fixed or part of who you are, we explore how these issues fit into the larger narrative of your life. By reshaping these stories, we can change how you see yourself and your possibilities.

  • Gottman Method External link

The Gottman Method is a practical and evidence-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on enhancing relationship satisfaction and stability. Through assessments and interventions tailored to each couple's unique dynamics, we work together to strengthen your bond and create a more positive and fulfilling relationship. The Gottman Method equips you with practical skills and insights to navigate challenges, deepen intimacy, and build a lasting connection based on trust and understanding.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

Relationships can come with struggles, whether that be in the area of communication, intimacy, and/or attachment issues. I utilize the Gottman Method to assist individuals and couples in navigating relationship challenges effectively. This evidence-based approach focuses on strengthening communication, fostering trust, and resolving conflicts constructively. I work with a diversity of relationship dynamics such as open relationships, kink, and non-traditional partnerships.

  • Abuse External link

In my practice, I specialize in helping individuals recover from abuse, with a focus on narcissistic abuse—often stemming from antagonistic relationships. My approach is grounded in understanding the unique challenges survivors face, offering a safe and supportive space to process trauma, rebuild self-worth, and foster healthier relationships. Together, we work to empower you to reclaim your life and create a path toward healing and resilience.

  • Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) External link

I specialize in supporting individuals with PMDD, helping manage emotional and physical symptoms. As an herbalist, I take an integrative approach, combining herbal remedies with practical coping strategies and emotional support. My goal is to help you find balance and relief, offering a holistic, non-judgmental space to explore and manage the challenges of PMDD.

  • Spirituality External link

Transpersonal therapy is a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional psychological perspectives to explore the spiritual and transcendent aspects of human experience. We focus not only on addressing immediate concerns but also on uncovering deeper layers of consciousness and personal growth. This therapy emphasizes the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit, encouraging clients to explore their inner wisdom.

  • Polyamorous and Open Relationships External link

I have specialized training in counseling individuals and couples navigating non-traditional relationships. I understand the unique dynamics these relationships can bring, from communication challenges to managing multiple emotional needs. Whether you’re exploring polyamory, dealing with relationship shifts, or seeking support with boundary-setting and ethical communication, I offer a space where all relationship styles are respected and celebrated.
