My Ideal Client

I work with individuals and couples, especially LGBTQ+ and AFAB identifying, who are healing from abuse, navigating reproductive and systemic stress, and/or working through relationship challenges. I also support people through life transitions, aging, and questions of purpose and direction. My approach is holistic and depth-oriented, helping you understand patterns, make meaning of your experiences, and move towards authenticity and alignment.

My Approach to Helping

Whether it’s relationship challenges, anxiety, or just feeling stuck or disconnected, I’m focused on helping you create real, lasting change. I blend practical tools with deeper, intuitive work—like Jungian-based dream analysis, artistic expression, and symbolic exploration. I also draw from eastern philosophy and mind-body practices rooted in my background as a Yoga Teacher, Herbalist, and Reiki Practitioner. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create deeper connection. My educational background is in Marriage, Couples and Family Therapy and I have specialized training in non-traditional relationship structures (such as ENM). You don’t have to fit a mold to show up here. Wherever you’re at, I’ll meet you there—with honesty, intention, and maybe a little humor.

Social Justice Issues I Care About

I approach therapy with a deep awareness of the systems we’re all living under; I believe in helping people understand and navigate the realities of class struggle and how systemic issues impact our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I’m actively involved in local mutual aid networks, committed to collective care, autonomy, and building alternatives to oppressive systems. Other parts of my identity include being neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ community, and mixed-race--all lived experiences bring into my work. These identities shape how I navigate the world and the ways I connect with others, especially when it comes to recognizing and honoring the unique challenges we all face.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Mindfulness-based External link

Mindfulness can help you slow down and make conscious choices that are in line with your life path; living in a way that is less reactive to the world around you.

  • Holistic External link

Exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness and use of mindfulness practices can be an effective way step outside of the ego and gain a wider perspective on one's problems. Holistic therapy takes into account the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the healing process. It integrates various therapeutic approaches and techniques to address not just the symptoms, but also the root causes of issues.

  • Depth Therapy External link

My approach is rooted in Jungian depth psychology and psychodynamic theory. I understand psychological symptoms, relational struggles, and recurring life patterns as expressions of unconscious processes seeking recognition and integration. Therapy becomes a collaborative exploration of meaning, identity, and relational patterns, supporting both emotional healing and the process of individuation.

  • Gottman Method External link

The Gottman Method is a practical and evidence-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on enhancing relationship satisfaction and stability. Through assessments and interventions tailored to each couple's unique dynamics, we work together to strengthen your bond and create a more positive and fulfilling relationship. The Gottman Method equips you with practical skills and insights to navigate challenges, deepen intimacy, and build a lasting connection based on trust and understanding.
