My Ideal Client

If you're motivated towards change and ready to put in the hard work it may take to create true and lasting change, this is the therapy office for you. My style is relatively laid back, geared towards awareness and knowledge building, and challenging yet validating. Clients who are drawn to my practice tend to lean towards the integration of yoga, meditation, reiki, dream interpretation and the like. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, kink friendly, culturally sensitive and gender affirming.

My Approach to Helping

Full disclosure: I’m not a typical therapist. I don’t want you to sit on the couch (so to speak) for years. My goal will ultimately be to help you change your patterns, tame your relationship issues and/or anxieties, and find your inner spiritual gangster so you can spread your wings and fly like the renegade you are. I’m strength-focused, goal-oriented, empathetic, accepting (yet not afraid to challenge), a little witchy, a little funky, informative, and creative. I strive to blend our narratives and journeys as existential beings together in session (think metaphors, profound imagery and symbolism; mind/body/spirit based exploration) with coping skills from behavioral models. As a Yoga Teacher, Herbalist and Reiki Master, I may also offer to blend ancient forms of healing into our work—but ultimately the choice is yours. Where you are at is meaningful; I will meet you there and honor your unique unfolding internal process.

Holistic therapy takes into account the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the healing process. I utilize the Gottman Method to assist individuals and couples in navigating relationship challenges effectively. This evidence-based approach focuses on strengthening communication, fostering trust, and resolving conflicts constructively. I work with a diversity of relationship dynamics such as open relationships, kink, and non-traditional partnerships.
