You don't have to walk this winding path alone. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and build the skills it takes to feel well again, let's connect! We will combine evidence-based modalities and deep somatic work with a heavy dose of intuition to create a treatment plan completely unique to you.
Specialties
My passion is fueled by my own journey overcoming disordered eating and body image struggles. Having walked this path, I blend deeply personal lived experience with specialized clinical training to help you find true peace. My unique framework bridges structural recovery with body liberation, integrating the 12 Steps & OA, behavioral and spiritual recovery, digging into the emotional cravings beneath the food and weight-neutral care through HAES® Alignment.
My clinical background features specialized training in complex PTSD and high-impact anxiety. I provide targeted care to retrain your nervous system and support anyone navigating trauma, including dedicated experience with veterans. Get proven strategies for managing OCD, severe panic, social phobia, and anger. We will combine evidence-based modalities with somatic awareness to move you out of survival mode and into true peace.
With advanced training in the Gottman Method and a deep foundation in attachment theory, I help couples build lasting intimacy and secure bonds. My practice proudly welcomes and supports those navigating queer, kinky, ENM, open, and polyamorous dynamics. Together, we will untangle complex relationship patterns, heal communication fractures, and foster unique relationship structures rooted in trust and unmasked authenticity.
I offer dedicated support for substance use disorders, backed by impactful experience working with Volunteers of America (VOA). Expertly trained in conducting comprehensive ASAM assessments, I design individualized recovery treatment plans tailored to your unique journey. Whether navigating early sobriety or maintaining long-term recovery, we will build practical skills to help you heal the roots of addiction and sustain lasting change.
With a Master of Education and 20 years of experience as a teacher, I bring deep expertise to leading parenting groups and individual coaching sessions.
