My Approach to Helping

I tailor my approach by drawing from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Using these various modalities, we will build a foundation of compassion as road to healing in order to explore all the many parts of the Self. We will bring care and understanding to your inner world one step at a time. Using internal family systems as my main modality, we create new relationships with your different parts and self(s) in order to create a hands on approach to dealing with old patterns, behaviors, and managing emotional reactions. This has been the most beautiful and special work that I have seen client's partake in.

It is my upmost priority that I create a container that encourages all types of self-compassion and exploration. All dreams are welcome. You deserve the dream destined for you.
