I enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)/empaths, sex workers, LGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC clients, and people who have survived religious trauma. I work with people who have experienced a range of traumatic experiences throughout their lives and want to explore ancestral-based healing work. As a person who has healed from severe Panic Disorder, I have a unique perspective on ways to move through the overpowering feelings of anxiety and enjoy support folks through this.
I offer Brainspotting therapy to a variety of clients and continue to see incredible results. To learn more, visit the website: www.brainspotting.com
I incorporate the body & spirit into my work with clients. I am a believer that the there is no separation between mind and body when it comes to mental healthcare.
